No. Trade Washrooms offer some of the quickest delivery times in the industry, and all lead times shown are the fastest available.
No. Trade Washrooms do not have a collection facility.
Add your items to the Basket, and enter your delivery postcode to show the delivery charge.
For orders below £100 ex VAT, there is a small delivery charge of £9.50 ex VAT. Products marked incur a pallet delivery charge starting from £45 ex VAT (ceramics) and from £70 ex VAT (panel systems), regardless of total order value.
Trade discount is already reflected in the price shown online.
As an online retailer, Trade Washrooms display all pricing online and do not provide a quotation service.
No. Trade Washrooms offer two payment options at Checkout, either Payment via Card or Payment via Proforma (for bank transfer).
Yes. Simply select the Payment via Proforma option at Checkout, and on placing your order, you will receive a proforma email with our bank details for payment. Once paid, you will receive a VAT invoice via email, and your order will then be processed.
On receipt of payment, a VAT invoice is automatically sent to the email address provided during Checkout. Trade Washrooms do not provide copy invoices to alternative email addresses.
No. Trade Washrooms is a business-to-business (B2B) platform, and orders from individual consumers are not accepted.
